2. Product Availability & Pricing
We make every effort to display the colors, sizing, and details of our shoes as accurately as possible.
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or becomes out of stock after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full resolution.
3. Shipping & Delivery Accountability
Our Commitment: We take full accountability for your package during the delivery process. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit via our designated courier partners, Sole Supply Co. will take responsibility and work to resolve the issue directly through replacement or store credit.
Customer Responsibility: Customers must ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout (street address, recipient contact number, and postal code) are accurate. We are not liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
4. Returns & Store Credit Policy
Returns Window: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your package.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, shoes must be unworn, undamaged, in their original condition, and returned in the original box with all accompanying tags and packaging.
Store Credit Refunds: All approved refunds are issued strictly in the form of Store Credit. We do not offer cash refunds, bank transfers, or reverse card payments for returned items. Store credit vouchers are non-transferable and can be applied toward any future purchase on our site.
Return Shipping Fees: Unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent), the customer is responsible for the courier costs associated with returning the item to us.
5. Payment Terms
Orders will only be processed and dispatched once full payment has been confirmed and cleared through our designated payment options.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sole Supply Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the purchase value of the item(s) ordered.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
